Wellness Plus, a product of ThriveWell RX, provides medically supervised wellness programs including weight management, peptide therapy, NAD+ treatments, and men’s/women’s health solutions through our licensed provider and pharmacy network.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may only access services under the direct supervision of a legal guardian and healthcare provider.

Wellness Plus does not offer direct medical advice. All treatments are provided by independent licensed practitioners via our partner platform, DocMediLink. We facilitate the connection and fulfillment process only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information for proper evaluation and treatment. Misrepresentation of medical history may result in termination of service access.

5. Orders, Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Products are non-refundable once shipped unless otherwise stated due to damage or prescription error.

All website content, graphics, and branding are owned by ThriveWell RX and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
